always possible, depents on the brand/year from the car if it is worth the investment/time spend

-safe for the car auto are better for cars then manuals

Yes it possible to change it. But the cost differs from a car to another depending on the brand and Model Or New or used ...etc. And Place also Could be in the Garage of the Car agent or a profesional Garge in the Industrial Area.
