Isn't it bothersome to buy car made within 1990 or earlier models?

i presumed there's no law yet that these models are banned in Qatar's road. So am seeking advise to enlighthen me about this updates.

Should there be any latest news, i would be glad to know. thanking ahead QLier's.

Qatar is supposed to enforce the banning of 15yr old cars from Next year.

is it certainly to implement effective next year?

old cars had been absolete now a days in the fast moving traffic... very rarely seen any old car's... its better to keep them as show piece...

Dont take it ....unless of course you cannot afford any other vehicle....then also it is worth no more than QR10,000.

It would make more sense to buy a new small Suzuki Alto QR30,000 than to buy an old vehicle.

I cannot see this happening yet. This law would mean many classic oldies that many now have would also be banned. As long as the car is in good mechanical working order there should be no problem. The only sticking point would be the level of emissions the engine is putting out.

I was offered to buy car aging for 22 years old already, although the unit is still at its top condition, am worrying whether for a month or year or so, these old years made models will be banned in Qatar's road.... How about your say?
