Hi,

Our Honda CRV 2008 3 months old car was hit by a speeding Water Truck near the Slope Round about on the way to Qatar Foundation, the Speeding Truck also hit couple of other cars, the police came onsite and told my husband and others to visit the Al Rayyan Traffic Police Stattion, my Husband sincerely visited but came to know that he has to meet the concerned officer who had logged the case and was asked to visit 5 to 6 times at different times to meet the officer, upon meeting the officer with the Quatation from Domasco, the officer requested my Husband to sit and explain to the higher officer who lodged a case and made my Husband to sign as the Accident was caused by a Drunken Driver, it is more than one month that we have not got the Insurance Papers to get our new Car Repaired and the most unfortunate things is that at the Police, none speaks english and we can't speak Arabic, he has visited Al Rayyan & Al Mamoora Police Station more than 30 to 40 times without any help, I would appreciate if anyone can guide us on how to get the insurance papers to get the car repaired?

Regards,
Dr.Kruthi

Best way is to find some friend or colleague who can speak Arabic and take em with you when you go to police station.

You need an accident report from police to open file in the insurance company.
