No Original Indian License but only Copy, Want to translate to Arabic for Qatar License

Hello All, My sponsor just gave me an authorization to take a driving license here in Qatar. I got the NOC even. My mandoob went to the driving school to apply for my classes even. But for the purposes of translating my Indian license when we approached an agency they insisted on bringing the original. The original license is at my native and cannot bring it here. So it would be grateful if anybody can advise me some where I can translate my Indian License with a copy only. That is , an authorized translator it should be I believe.
