HI FRIENDS, NAVED here want to say that,
Drivers on the road like motor car, Landcruiser & others Vehicles driver most are drivers & have licence.
But some more places there i think 90 percent people are with out licence & also dont know driving.

THE CONSTRUCTION SITES

for example Tower crain, Mob Crain, Excavators,Shavels, Forclip & more hydrolic machinary operators are working with out licence & illigal. & loding, unloading on highways but there is no one in qatar to ask them for driving licence.

Also inside construction sites the are killing labors because they dont know how to operate heavy machinary. i think 1st of all engineers, fourmen of construction companies are responsable for all this coz they know about the operators that he is with out licence or he is new & cant do work.& Sorry to say but after then Qatar Traffic police Department is responsable for ............

Some operators have licence , but the problem here that not followed by the police...
