Really Very Desperate For A Live In Nanny!

Hi there...
I think I'm asking for a miracle but hope that someone can help or point me in the right direction...
After four months of stress free living in Doha I've decided to go back to work and need to employ an english speaking live in maid/nanny for my 2 girls aged 3 and 2.
My new employer needs me to give them a prospective start date but I don't have a clue how long this could take!?! Like most things in Doha I suspect it could be weeks or even months! lol!
Can anyone tell me what's involved in sponsoring..is it complicated, does it take a long time to be processed? Is it possible to find a maid with existing sponsorship??
The alternative for a short term solution would be a part time babysitter 12-4 every afternoon...
So I guess what I'm looking for is either a maid recommendation, advice on how to find one or anyone who is free for a few hours per day.
We're located in Al Waab if that helps at all.
Thanks all!
Nicky

I've posted it there as well and I'll ask around the nurseries...just need to get to as wide an audience as possible!

Anyone with any ideas please give me a shout! I still don't know whats involved if you do your own sponsorship, can anyone offer any advice?

Thanks all..

Might want to post this over at expatwoman.com on the Qatar chatboard. Most of the moms over there have live-ins or live-outs. Probably get more info.
