hi,
i had a contract with my employer ( al khaliji bank )where they mentioned that they will ship my cargo to my home town after the ewnd of service with them.
Now, they have breached that part of the contract and my cargo has still not been received by me.
What can i do? Should I file a legal claim against the bank..
