We're looking for someone to take over our rent...

The flat is in a very nice compound in Al-Merkab area.. It has a swimming pool, mini market, laundry and juice and fast-food shop. Also the flat has two underground designated parking spaces.

The compound is a 2 minute drive from Family Food Center in al Nasr street.
The Flat is in the ground floor, composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half bathroom, a big living and dining area and a big kitchen. It is fully furnished, with split AC, telephone, LCD tv and reciever. Kitchen includes electric stove and oven, microwave, Fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

The flat has been brand new and only been lived in for the past six months.
Rent includes Water, Electricity, Internet and Telephone. Free maintenance and around the clock security.

We need someone to take over the rent starting from the 1st of November. Rent is 8500 QR.
