I am looking for a One or Two Bedroom Flat for famliy(Budget is upto 4.5k).

My office is in Al Waab. Anything which is in 30KM radious.

If I get a green area and place to do jogging nearby, that would be great.

Flat or Villa flat or coumpound is no restriction.

If anyone can suggest something please...........

I think it would be difficult to find 2bhk in your budget, but if you look in wakra, you will definitely get fully furnished 2bhk in your budget and the distance is around 30 kms.
