Hi All
It would be great help if anyone can clarify,; that I was working with a company in Qatar for 2 years now I got a new Job and my current employer was kind enough to give me NOC. The problem is I have a car loan on my head.
Please someone advise how to tackle this and yes I am really running out of time.

what transfer of sponsorship has to do with the loan?

Just bring to the bank the letter from your new employer, stating that your salary will be transferred to the same account and that's it.

Sell the car to someone you trust, close the loan. Buy the car back once you have the new job.

Yes my future employer will be me Qatari Work Permit and I can't pay all my loan in one go.
