Hi,

I'm 18 and currently on a 'family visa' and have a residence permit dependent on my father. What I wanted to know is, can I transfer car ownership to my name using my drivers license and residence permit? If so, is there anything i'd have to do to make it possible (like get written permission from my father or something)?

Also, does anyone know if QIC is open on saturday? thanks!
