You should simply check the government web page to see if there is any unpaid or outstanding fines against the rego of your vehicle. If you are driving a company car, they will be the one ultimately responsible to pay the fine, so your name may not be identified with the registration, therefore you can travel. The website to check is www.moi.gov.qa and there are english and arabic versions, simply check the online query section for traffic violations against your vehicle registration the days leading up to your travel, if there's no violation recorded you should be okay, if there's a record on file, deal with paying it before it prevents you leaving Qatar.
