You should simply check the government web page to see if there is any unpaid or outstanding fines against the rego of your vehicle. If you are driving a company car, they will be the one ultimately responsible to pay the fine, so your name may not be identified with the registration, therefore you can travel. The website to check is www.moi.gov.qa and there are english and arabic versions, simply check the online query section for traffic violations against your vehicle registration the days leading up to your travel, if there's no violation recorded you should be okay, if there's a record on file, deal with paying it before it prevents you leaving Qatar.

I have heard you will not be allowed to go out of the Country .

Which type of traffic offence you had committed ?

- Is it jumping the signal occuring a large amount ?

- Is it personally in your name... I mean hitting another car

and police taken your ID number ?

- Is it just overspeed - which covering your vehicle number

and not personally you.....

I had an offence of QR.500 for overspeed ( above case no. 3 ) , then I too was scared to go out. But it was OK, without paying the fine, I was allowed to fly.

But I dont know , what will happen , for the other two ocassions ?

You have to settle the traffic violation first...otherwise you can't leave this country a.k.a stuck at the airport.

I have heard that you will not be allowed to leave the country unless all outstanding fines are paid.
