I went for an optician who is licensed for eye test and found the vision of my left eye is 6/60 and right is 6/6 ......is this enough for getting light vehicle driving lisence here......

You need to go to an optician who actually knows how to test vision. Those numbers don't mean anything and they can't possibly be your vision.
