I am here in Qatar this time,a came here under working visa.i apply through agency in Philippines.now i am already 2 years here, actually i am just spending my 3 months extension now,i am waiting now for my schedule flight details for going back to Philippines.i don't like to renew my contract in our company because they're not giving enough salary and they're just giving us twice a month day off, with no over time pay,we are working 10 hrs everyday, and etc. that's why i want to exit this company.but the problem is i want to go back here in Qatar after 6 months through visit visa.my question is, is that allowed that only a friend will help me to process visit visa here?and i don't have permanent address in Philippines.is there a possible that i can still go back here?anyway, our company here is not giving NOC after all.

agree with Just1, if you wanna work back you have to wait 2 years of ban unless the NOC , or else you can try in UAE for further 2 years during that ban, but keep hope this law could change in future, so if it's happen you can come back.

Good luck poh!

yes. anytime you can come back but to work again ABSOLUTELY NOT POSSIBLE w/o NOC from your sponsor otherwise you have to complete two years ban by then you can work again.

its not an issue whoever help you to obtain necessary visa as long as it is valid visa.

Enjoy your 2 years waiting in your home country, by the way if you dont want to waste your two years you can try to apply in UEA while waiting for the ban completion.

You can go back anytime but you cannot work. You have to wait for the two years ban to pass. You need NOC to work again. That's the law.:-(
