What are the changes to find a 2 BR for QR 10.000?
Me and my husband are moving from Abu Dhabi to Doha by beginning of September. As the property market is spiraling, how are the chances to find a 2 BR with a max. budget of QR 10.000? Do you have good experiences with Real Estate Agencies, any recommendable? Any help is very much appreciated.

with that budget you can surely have it here in qatar, but first, you should know the place where your husband is going to work. only then that you can check the places where you want to stay

I personally think 'Al Sadd' is one of the best area to live in doha (apartments by the city center mall would be the best but just a lil too expensive)...My wife and I have been looking around recently and we found pretty nice 2 bedroom apartments for under 10,000...And there are many new buildings under construction soon to be finished...
yes you can get a decent 2 bed room apartment. but it is very difficult to find a villa in this range as one of the well wisher suggested.
Might want to Homes 2 Rent, I looked at a nice fully furnished 2 bedroom for QR 10000 that included water/elec, dsl/landline, Satellite TV, etc. in Mansoura about a week ago.
When you say a maximum budget of Qar.10,000/-, I assume it means the allocation for Housing only.
If so, just visit the Classifieds at Qatar Living Website and take your pick.
But if this is your budget for monthly expenses including housing rent, then its a bit difficult. Anyway, I think you should have a serious look at the recommended Classifieds column in Qatar Living website.

Yes you can get a furnished 2 bed apartment for 10,000.
Check the classified section you can get contact numbers of many agents.
You can easily get a two bedroom apprt for QR10,000.
