I need your help to know if I can rent a villa at 10000QR/month
if yes, where and how many bdr...
if not, what kind of flat I can afford?
Actually, I need a 3 bdr house (preferably a villa) and without having to drive more than 15min to reach city centre

You might need to stretch your budget for something around 12K -14K QAR/ month for your requirement.(Semi-furnished Villa). Cheers!

I highly doubt you will get a 3 bdrm villa for QR10K, but you can probably find a flat in Al-Sadd for around there. Try looking at the classified on qatarliving.com or gulf-times.com to get a feel for the market.
