What is your experience of living in EZDAN village in Wukair?

Can people who have stayed at or are currently renting at EZDAN in Wukair share their experiences as this is inc$reasingly looking as an option for me...please be serious & honest :-)
I add one more point on Facilities like Swimming Pool adn Gym.
Ezdan Village IV comes with a big advertisement on a regular basis that you get lots of facilities including Swimming Pool and Gym. In Gym they have put 6 Treadmill, all Chinese and 4 of them are not working since months and the staff are clueless on when it will be repaired.
Regarding Swimming Pool, it is very poorly maintained and more than 50% of the time it will be closed. Security Supervisor would say that Manager has asked him to keep it close. And if Manager says for opening it then only they will open it. They will not even share the Manager's contact number on asking. ITs pathetic to say the least. So be careful before getting into Ezdan Village.
Check the promises being made and how it is being fulfilled?
Romeo is bang on target on all points . Parking is nightmare and worse is the maintenance . The fittings in the bathrooms are terrible and the front door lock is chinese lock where key cannot be made anywhere in Doha .
All fittings keep breaking in the bathrooms and tiles are all loose . Washing machine , aircons and Tv are Ok .Sofaset also manageable . Low cost housing is the Right term in case you are ready to travel the 15-20 kms from city up n down .
EQUIPMENTS ARE OF GOOD BRAND,
LOW BUDGET HOUSING.
BUT THE BUILDING FLOOR TILING IS HORRIBLE. ALL KEEP COMING OFTEN.BUT BE CAREFUL BEFORE TAKING A CONTRACT. IF U LEAVE IN BETWEEN COMPLETING THE CONTRACT , U NEED TO PAY FOR THE BALANCE MONTHS RENT. REST PEACEFULL LOCALITY BUT WORST SECURITY CONTROL. NOW AND THEN VISITORS POP UP AND ROADS AND EVEN PARKING SPACE WHICH R MENT FOR RESIDENTS ARE OCCUPIED BY VISITORS. MANY CAR PARK SPACE IS OCCUPIED BY CAR DEALERS WHO BRING AND PARK THEIR CARS. PARKING IS A WORST NIGHTMARE IN EZDAN -3.MAINTENACE WAS GOOD IN 1ST 6 MONTHS.NOW HARDLY SEE SOME ONE COMING TO CLEAN BUILDING EVEN IN A WEEK. TOILETS FLOOR TILING IS NOT GIVEN GOOD SLOPE FOR WATER TO DRAIN. SO OFEN WATER GETS PILED UP WHICH V NEED TO FORCE DRAIN BY MOBING.
THATS A BRIEF.

They do NOT shut down the generators weekly. Unless they do maintenance or repairs, the generators are constantly on.
@baldrick: Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated. I have heard they shut down the generators for an hour which supply power, on a weekly basis. What do your staff think about that. You wouldn't want your freezer to melt away and spoil the food.
Agreed with baldrick .
I don't live there but my staff do. It's cheap, but so is the quality. Amenities are OK but there is nothing else there, so nights out are a long drive away.
