FROM ALSAAD THROUGH OVER BRIDGE COME TO D RING TOWARDS ALKHOR (SHAMMAL ROAD).ONCCE YOU REACH GARAFFA AREA AFTER NEW LULU (LEFT SIDE) right (land mark),go through the slow track goto the under bridge(roundaboat)then second exit ,avoid first right then you can see duhail board very narrow right .go throgh that way first round take right,then next round U turn then right side is the police academey. go inside .Here you can change number plate.time -morning 0700-1130 evening 0100-0700pm.
first go in the ,give isthimara confirm your number plate ready then you to wait in any of the queue

Friday close and is on shamaal road lulu will be on ur left side go straight and after petrol pump turn first right its near there.
