Which is a better option?

We are willing to move from an appartment to a compound and with a limited budget of QR10,000/month, we found two suitable compound villas. The first one is a limited size villa but with great facilities and outdoor palyareas, and the second one is the way round, spacious but with small swimming pool and alomost no playarea. We have two children under 8yreas old who adore outdoors activities. So what do you think, which is better option?

It's a good opportunity for you, it seems the offer is good enough. just grab it if you feel that it can change your life.

I have seen ppl posting the weirdest and stupidest things at QL, but that does not mean you start bashing them, just cuz u think that ur smarter.

Try to be helpful and respect others, otherwise just IGNORE!!.

No one is stupid in this world, its just that different ppl look at things differently.

Go where your kids and you can make friends. After all, you can live in a big house, but if you are alone, you won't enjoy it.

So, I'd say the compound with better facilities, as it is more likely you'll meet people there easily.

Good luck!

I cannot believe some of the answers to this question were posted by human beings. I'm sure even God occasionally regrets his creation.

As for the question; my personal recommendation is to choose what your kids would like. My parents always chose the place we kids liked and we love them for that haha..best of luck:-)

I would suggest both the villas...one for leg space within the house and one for your kids to have larger play area as they adore it!!

P.S.: I know I have been sarcastic, but you need to look at the question...it isnt rocket science that you come and ask here...and if you can pay QR10,000/- a month, you must be able to afford and hence a bit educated too to solve this riddle yourself instead of playing smart and showoff. If your not educated may be your better half can be of help who can provide you such a house.

Jothish, good for you to follow the rules of QL than the rule of life.

Personally, if the villa is not too small to be prohibitive, I would choose one with more compound facilities..

There are some people on Qatarliving who need to keep their mouth shut if they cannot be ethical enough to help out some one else instead of acting cool and picking up typo errors.
