I would for sure go with Renault. They have the best after sales services. Never have to make an appointment (as if you're going to a doctor). They have always accepted me on the spot and most times finished within 20 mins.
Toyota is really bad... There are sooooooo many people at the service center... not cool... I mean it all works out, you can live with it, its not so bad, but there is sooo much better if you willing to pay more... Best is Bmw...
about mentioned Toyota...well, it's a good car, but because there are so many of them in here, they are not able to provide fast service to the customers. Many of my friends complain about it.
My opinion, the truth is that you will get the best service where you actually know someone ;o)
ammm...well to be honest NONE... its just that if you happen to know any of the people within that particular service they can do it for you quickly and nicely...other than this... forget it. There was a post some time back regarding the same topic you can try and look for that too and have a better idea.

Honda takes 30 minutes for all services, except 30K & 60K.
