when we have third party insurance and made accident unfortunatly if the court order some fine say 30,000 to pay for injured person or in case of death 1,20,000 who will pay? The insurance company or the driver? or it there some ratio?

3rd party insurance means just that, they will pay death benefit and for hospital fees but not for any court imposed fine...beware....

A friend of mine hit a man who walked out in front of him, total accident but he got stuck with a 40,000QR fine which the insurance would not pay...you have been warned.
