Why Main road Al WAAB Street Speed Limits 80 & hidden Camera?

The main roads in Qatar are generally good quality,like ALWAAb street modern highways, and three-lane carriageways. but why speed limit only 80 ????? now this we can find hidden cameras, do you think this is a right way to decrease road accident?? i believe this practice is really wrong, should traffic depart aware to public and should put sign on the road under radar surveillance message. other thing they should not keep radar in 80 speed on this kind highway.
bottoms line :) to fix camera to increase Traffic dept income not decrease road accident.
Follow the traffic rule. Simple.
