Whys it so hard to pass the driving test here?

Ive failed 3 times cos I get only one minute to drive and the guy who does the test gives crap instructions of what he wants me to do cos his english isnt great. How do I pass? Plus I hate having 25 ppl on the bus watching my every move, does anyone know if theres any way i can take the test like how its done in other countries, i,e without an audience and a test that lasts more than 1 minute. Out of 300 ppl who take the test only a handful pass cos the test guys are moody and racist. They need to sort out the driving schools here
