WIFE VISA PROCESSING

to my fellow pinoys,

hi! help po. my husband just sent me the visa from qatar so i can go there. my flight is already next weel -- im quite clueless on what to do --
1) it's the visa on blue paper, i dont understand much aside from my name and details coz all else is in arabic.. what kind of visa is that? tourist? dependent?

2) do i still need medical exam? do u know where i can have that in taguig/makati area, and what do i do next -- bring it to embassy? then what do they give me after that? how long that that take? im flying out next week already!

3) once there, will i undergo another medical exam?

what other things should i bring?
