As per my knowledge there is certain period ban without NOC he cannot enter the country

there are talks currently, about the two-year ban period being changed to six months this year. Further, it is likely that the Qatar sponsorship situation owing to 2022 World Cup is likely to bring in some major changes to the ban period.
I wish there was some website to check about his visa ban....
anyways many people told me the same thing that its 2 years ban :(
ok thank you
I wish he had got the NOC :(
In most of the cases it is two Years unless you have an NOC. It does not matter you have stamp on your passport or not wait period is two years. But if you have an NOC then any time visa can be issued ....
