i'm moving to doha and i have to stay the first one month in hotel....what is your advise???(i'm single)

La Cigale Hotel (located center of Doha)- 20 mins to

the airport

Ramada (center of doha) -15 to 20mins to the airport

Marriott Hotel - (near the airport) 5 mins drive

Depends of what type of a visitor are you. If you are a tourist then prepreferrable stay either in Remada or La Cigale but if you are a business traveller then it is more convenient for you to stay in Marriott...

Nightlife:

Since you are a single guy best night out is at Marriott they have best lounge there and the crowd is more on high class people compared in Ramada....

Ramada is nice too but the crowds is for everyone..

Intercon Hotel they have La Paloma nice bar too...

Hi there Mr Single, Accommodation seems to be a huge problem at the moment, The Marriott in my opinion is a great hotel, however try these hotels, I'd hate you to have to sleep in a strange car. (code 974)Four Seasons 4948888, Grand Regency 434 3333, InterContinental 484 4444, La Cigale 428 8888, Millennium 424 7777, Movenpick 496 6600, Sharq Village 425 6666, Sheraton 485 4444, The Ritz-Carlton 484 8000, those are all 5 star hotels in Doha, Four Star, Al Bustan Hotel 432 8888, Al Liwan 424 2888, Doha Seef 441 1442, Le Park 425 5555, Mercure Grand 446 2222, Movenpick 429 1111, Royal Qatar 424 9444, Ryges Plaza 438 5444. Should you not have transport, there are plenty taxi's. Good luck and welcome to Doha.

I think RAMADA is probably the best solution from your list.

Well... I think that you should consider La Cigal as your first option as it has excellent service, great food and a couple of nice place to hang out at night for drinks

If the choice is between the mentioned 3 no doubts about it! Marriot! It is further from downtown but it's on the beach and has great sevice and great rooms! If you can choose I say go to 4 seasons!!!!!!

I think my first choice will be Ramada, then La Cigal, and the last and maybe I will not choose it is the Mariot.

You need a hotel is the center of the city, which is Ramada.

welcome in Qatar....
