Gratuity in Wired Transfer

I am on my Annual Leave and plan not to come back.
Will my Company send my Gratuity thru Wired Transfer or Bank Deposit or should i Come back and formally resign just to get it...Just finish my 2 years and was not happy on the New offer Package...Please Enlighten me...

This is normally granted as End of service benefit. In your case you are on leave not on exit. Your visa is still valid, under the circumstances, no benefit will be settled with out proper resignation. If you are good with your co., they may consider your request as a special case. One in 1000 only give this consideration.
