Gratuvity and Leave Salary...

Since 2010 February onwards am working here...can i expect my 3.6 years of Over Time salary,Leave Salary and Gratuvity ...I am working here around 12 hours per a day without a single leave in a month,and not paying my leave salary also , so am i eligible to get all these things from my cmpany ?

Is my Gratuvity amount is negotiable for ur fee ? i think ur lawyer fee is more than my Gratuvity.......

If they are not paying your leave salary, how the heck are they going to pay your OT and other sums.

But you have to work hard, i mean go to Street No# 12,Al athiyya Road Labour Department And Ask suggestion from them what to do...
