Sorry, Was not using QL as i left Qatar at that time.

Sorry my friend,

Yes you have come in wrong period. Ramadan period is not that much good for you. However, keep on searching vacancies on webs, news papers etc. If you have friends and relatives, talk to the tell your need. If you do not have someone, try to make relationships with executive job holders. Prepare your CV a nice-way.

I have already given add in gulf-times and only faced one interview, but everyone to my concern saying that due to ramzaan there might be problem.

I am Bachelor Of Engineering (Information Technology) & M.B.A(Finance & Marketing).

What is the issue? Haven't you found out a vacancy or suitable job for you or failed after interviewed?

First find your exact fault. Prepare good CV, collect some information about how to succeed an interview.
