Customer Service Disaster

Dear All,

If anyone of you gonna Terminate your ADSL and MOSAIC, Please please please, get a receipt of termination / cancellation from the Branch the same time itself.

My personal experience.

I have cancelled ADSL & MOSAIC in June 2013 not the landline and the agent at the branch assured it is cancelled and i did checked call centre guys they also assured it is deactivated/terminated. In july 2013; i get a bill of QR.250/- i visit the branch and they say due to a technical snag it has been done and will be recitified within 5 working days. Untill now they have done nohting and after frequent visits to the branch and the main branch in Al-Sadd no action has been take. The landline has been temporary terminated due to non payment of bills. I visited the Al-Sadd branch and the Branch Manager tracked all complaints logged in the system; he finally told me that the agent to whom i initially requested to terminate ADSL & MOSAIC did not cancel the services and it is showing still active.

Now the Agent has to pay the pending bills for the last 3 months as he did not terminate the services and has been notified his mistake. There was a similar case when i was at the branch; an Indian Lady had the same complaint and the agent has to pay for the 5 months bill as he did not cancell the services she has requested.

Guys Please assure; if you cancell / terminate ADSL / MOSAIC or any other services take a print receipt from the agent from the Branch you are visiting; initially they will not provide siting technical issues but you must take the receipt without any fail; if not you will suffer like me.
