RasGas Job Offer

Hi All,

I have been offered an HEAD level Post at RasGas for its business support group. The Grade offered is 5 & the basic salary is 14200 QR with a total package totalling upto 17500 QR + semi furnished accomodation with utilities paid to certain extent. In addition I will be entitled to 01 basic end of service benefit, Key Performanc Bonus, Medical & Dental care, Child schooling, once a yr. return fare for self & family, furniture allowance, car loan etc

I have @ 12 yrs. of overall exp. out of which 7 yrs. are at the Managerial level.

I have read a lot of posts on this site that has made me believe that life in Qatar is quiet costly. Can anyone guide me regarding the grade & salary offered. Is it a gud package or should i try & negotiate more. I have heard that negotiations at RasGas is not possible & thr is every chance that they may offer the job to the nxt candidate.

Any suggestions ?
