Hi,

I'm a 25 year old aviation graduate from Singapore and I have 3 years of aviation experience with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.

I have just received a call from Qatar Airways for an all expense paid interview in Qatar. I was wondering anyone help me with what kind of salary expectations I should have.

The job position that that are interviewing me for is in the Commercial department.

Any advice you can give is greatly appreciated.

you can also contact me @ [email protected]

i guess thats should be allright. :-) Good luck.

Shreeya ... don't make me big headed lol. Afterall is it not what Qatari set Qatarliving.com for?

And don't forget if you have any expenses in your home country (ie: mortgage payment) to include them in your outgoing.

Thanks for your prompt reply,novita77

As told to my husband Company will provide the employee and eligible dependents medical and dental care in accordance with the policy and procedure under their Insurance scheme. Medical treatment will be at the Company clinic or Government operated clinics.

Dental cover for emergency cases is free of charge for the employee and eligible dependents. Treatment can be done at the company dental clinic or government operated dental clinics. Dental treatment at private clinics is capped at Qrs 5000 per year for employee and eligible family members.

The Company will reimburse cost of registration, tuition fees and required books with the approved school

Yes , they offer air ticket to family to native place

Once again thanks novita77

Hey Novita,

I really appreciate you!!!You are always there to help. Many times I found you are the one to reply first and that too very politely and sweetly...not a bit of sarcasm....Keep going gal, All the best!!!!

Sorry pri for hijacking your thread...Regarding your question if you are going to put your children in Indian C.B.S.E. School then the maximum fees you will be paying is 950 QR+200 QR transport per month. Also you are saying that your housing is taken care by company, so in this case this is really a decent offer....So Just go for it!!!!!

you need to find out how much the company subsidized the school. Because school like DESS you paying over QR 7000 a term while filipino school cost QR 500 a month. Also ask the company how much they subsidized the water and electric. You need to find the exact percentage.

The medical facility ... can you clarify wether it is including the dentistry. It is very expensive here if you have to pay on your own.

How about flight to go home? The norm is once a year for the whole family.
