Ingredients:

1- Can of Condense Milk.

2- 2 bars of unsweetened black coffee or chocolate with milk [as you like it].

3- 1 or 2 cups of coconut brush that you can find anywhere.

Procedure:

1- Use a container to boil some water, on the top of that put a bowl and put the pieces of chocolate there so it would get dissolved because of the heat of the evaporated water.

2- Mic the coconut with the milk to the density, thickness that you want also and create small bars or coconut ball and put it a side.

3- Dip those bars or balls into the hot chocolate and that is it, but in the fridge and enjoy with the friends later.

Not my favorite desert, but something simple that i wanted to share with you.

or more commonly known as tiramisu (i think? :D)

ingredients:

packs of graham crackers

condense milk

whip cream

fruit cocktail (including the syrup)

or any fruits such as peach, mangoes, pineapple

unflavored gelatin

and loaded of TLC (and smiles) while doing it :P

very easy to do:

in low heat, mix condense milk and whip cream, set it aside...set your first layer of graham to onto one tray...spread the mixture of milk and cream...spread fruits..spread mixture again, layer again your graham (repeat the procedure with mixture and fruits)..but on your final layer, leave the fruit on top and cover it with the unflavored gelatin..

notice, i didn't put any measurements?...i don't believe in those (and don't knw how to use 'em .ehehehee..i just trust my insticts..lol.. (that's why most of my cookings end up in disaster..lol)

these are really pretty for fancy desserts but soooooo easy!

Chocolate Treasures

Pkg milk or semi sweet chocolate chips

Coarsely chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, etc..whatever you like)

puff pastry sheets(don't know if you can get those here or not!)

Take the puff pastry sheets, cut into small squares about 5 inches square, place a large pinch of the chocolate chips and the nuts, place in middle of square...gather up all corners of the dough, and twist to form a little sachet-type packet. Place on cooking sheet, and back for about 10 minutes or until dough is lightly browned. Let cool...

PLEASE let cool or you will burn the ever living out of your mouth with the melted chocolate!!
