Job Offer from Qatar Airways
Dear All,
I need your opinion about the salary and allowances I should expect from Qatar Airways.I had interview with them for position in Qatar Airways Holiday.I am from Europe and I am living in Doha since 2002.I have more than 5 years working in the Hospitality industry and 3year as a teacher.
What kind of package can I expect? I am married and I am under my husband sponsorship.The lady from Human Resources called me yesterday and said she will send me the offer letter in 2 days.I need your help because I don't know what is consider acceptable in Airline industry.

Sorry can't help too much as I don't know much about QR's subsidiary. The only thing I want to point out is, recently they have reduced housing allowances for those workmates who're under 'husband' sponsorship. I am not sure if this will be a distraction to you.
Flyinghigh, do they really give competitive salaries? I heard many people complaining that their salaries are low below market levels.

from what i know of the company the packages are very competitive.whatever offer u may hav or will recieve wil definately b at par or likely to b even more than the standards in the region.
