Contract Issue - Urgent Help

I have been hired by a company in Qatar as a Technician. They offered me 3000 QR basic salary without any allowance besides single accommodation I signed the contract. Now they wanted me to Sign on the Visa Documents where 2000 QR basic salary is written. I am totally confused as to why they mentioned less salary in Visa Documents. I haven't signed those documents yet.

Any suggestions or reasons? Kindly help asap

Ask them to write as on the contract if they refuse don't sign.

There are many compary not serious ,they can pay you even less than that
