Confused QP paying schooling, healthcare

After reading a few of the old threads I am confused about QP's allowances.
In some threads people have stated that QP does not cover or reimburse for all the tuition fees. So how does this work? Do we pay for the tuition and then QP reimburses us our money or do they pay it directly to the school?
Can we choose any school in Doha to send our children? And do they cover all of the fees?
Healthcare. I am pregnant and have been told that we have full health coverage. Does that include delivering in Ahli hospital? Or is it for chosen places by QP?
regarding the medical , QP only paying if you deliver in Hamad Hospital. If you go private you have to pay from your own pocket. We did that when i delivered my son nearly 7 yrs ago.
wat ahmeed81 said is correct. the package is dependent upon your grade, contract & etc.

I got a interview letter for Rasgas throug one consultacy.
can anyone kindly tel me the selection process in ras gas
lamea we asked them so many time but the HR department is so slow. We are due to arrive in Qatar in Aug. And They have not sent us everything in writing.
Can a british child go to the american school? My kids are half american and half british!
To be honest the package is not looking that good to me if we cannot choose the school we like. And have full medical coverage in any hospital. And I am still upset about not recieving business class tickets to california.

education policy in QP is different from the sister concern. you will get education assistance depending on your grade and nationality. QP only pays for the community school if you want to put your kids in any other school then you have to pay the difference. it is better for you to ask QP to send you every thing in writing to avoid any confusion in future.
actually, paying the tution fees depends on where ur from, and what job u're doing.. and what grade of course.. it varies from contract to contract...

you can chick the HR policy and every thing will be there
and if u r going to be employed newly you can get all those answers from the HR representative via the offer litter
any way QP is offering the maximum care for the employee
