And Police station also noticed this case and arrested her.. the problem is , she don't want to see her as a prisoner.. and she didn't hope like that before she report.. Now this case is getting complex.. this case is deal with their relationship and their company that they work for.. and this case may be threaten my friend's job and her friend's life and dignity. .. So , can you advise me how can we handle this case to stable..

With many Thanks..

She did wrong, and did not admit it till the police caught her.

Then she got what she deserves... No less No more

If she was a FRIEND as you said then;

* She would not steel the CC in first.

* GIve it back directly when you started looking for it if it was a joke.

So this is a tough lesson for her...

The most you can do, so as to feel good inside is:

* drop the charges in the police station,

* Forget her...NO Matter what

* and most of all: get your money back ( which I daubt )

Your "friend" should rot in jail. Stop being so forgiving.

Sorry, she's a theif, not a friend. Let her rot!

Let me understand this...this "friend" stole money from you, took it out of the bank, and you are worried about how her getting in trouble might affect your "friendship"? Are you really that innocent and naive?

Let me guess, you are a Filipina, right? One of my biggest jokes since I have been here, being friends with Filipinos is how nobody can do anything wrong to you, how everythign is forgivable, how you are SO hesitant to get any other Filipinos in trouble, always willing to lend money to other Filipinos, no matter how many times they have screwed you in the past.

Sorry, but people (and life) aren't so forgiving. After you lose all your money to people like this, maybe you will learn someday. I have been with my Filipina GF now for two years, and only now does she realize all the nonsense she has put up with and dealt with in her life, and why, after working overseas for so many years, has almost no money in her savings.

"Oh, my friend needs to buy a cell-phone and has no money, I have to lend her..." on and on and on.

Just forget about it, let her go to jail, maybe she will learn a lesson. YOU are not responsible for HER actions, nor are you responsible for her punishment! Even if you dropped the charges, the bank will still charge her for stealing. But explain how your job would be endangered?

As what I understand is, she might dont know who the culprit until her friend got caught and she felt sorry for it. Anyway, she can pull back and cancel her police report by going to the police station and explain that she realy dont want to charge her friend. They will release her friend. Of course before doing that, she need to talk to her friend and make her feel sorry for what she did to her. This just my personal opinion from what you had explained above. Cheers.

To be quite honest the person who stole your friend's credit card deserves to be in jail. Shes obviously a little thief, pretty disgusting to be honest to steal something from her friend let alone anyone.

Dont feel sorry for her, she should have thought about this before she stole off her friend. Its a bit of a joke if shes concerned about her dignity now.

What I dont understand is why would your friend's job be in jeopardy? especially if she hasnt done anything wrong?

Jesus you would think that someone would think 1000 times before stealing in the middleast!
