During summer the weather is very hot and during winter just like now, is very cold. For me winter is a very good weather.

It depends on your definition of "Good Weather", for me it's between 15 and 20 degrees C (and we're close to that now).
I hate it when it gets too hot (over 25) or too cold (under 10).
