oo naman basta yung passport mo may tatak sa airport dito. go to qtel post office sa main branch bebentahan kita ng sim card meron kami doon

yes u can buy even if u r on vist viza just show ur passport copy and get the qtel sim card
You can present a copy of your passport along visa stampted which was enough for me to get my Qtel mobile number.
