Is this a decent salary

Hello Everyone,

My husband has recently been offered a job in Qatar, and although we want to escape the doom and gloom of the UK, I have my doubts as to the salary being offered.

He has currently been offered 248000QAR a year. This salary will include a company flat,car,fuel allowance, medical for the two of us, school fees for children and also subsidised air fares. Is this a good package and will we have a good lifestyle on this?

Yes I think you will be laughing all the way to the tax free bank. Unless he is already receiving a ridiculously high wage in the UK than this is a great offer. However, being from the UK your body's may go into shock from all the sunshine. You'll just have to weigh the risks :P
