unpaid leave having to take unpaid holidays

Hey Guys,
I have been informed by my sponsor I have not accumulated enough holidays, and when my contracting company closes for the summer holidays I am left having to take unpaid holidays as I would not have accumulated the full 5 weeks can my sponsor do this as I am willing to work and wil
l be in the country still
........

Any advice as I am set to loose a lot of money through no fault of my own !!!!!!!!!
