Which country are you from?

If you are from the 3rd world countries, like Philippines, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Egypt, Turkey, then you need to take the driving test.

If you are from the developed countries, US, EU, South Afica, Australia, Japan, SIngapore, Malaysia, Korea, Hong Kong, you can just convert your driving license. So, you need worry if you can just convert directly.

I'm sorry, but if you can't see, frankly you shouldn't be on the road.

The eye tests here are not very difficult, it is only reading out 15 letters with one eye and 15 numbers with your other. I dont know how bad your sight is, in your bad eye, but it may be worth giving the test a go. As you have nothing to loose, and I think it only cost about 10QR.

If you fail you can always go down th especialist route. Any opnicians can give you a test i think, as I just went to a random one.
