Example: Breakfast at 7AM, Lunch at 12NN, and Dinner at 8PM. You add snacks at 10AM and 4PM, eat a small frequent meals. Eat more on High Fiber foods like fruits & vegestables in allowed amounts and less in Carbohydrates ex. foods containing sugar & rice, bread, corn potatoes etc. Limit also your fat intake.
