Has anyone joined Qtel's Nojoom Offer through Qtel's wesite? I have. But my problem is, as the username and password is provided by Qtel itself..but whenever i try to log in it says I have invalid username and password. =O. Why is that so? Is it happens with other also or only me? =(
I always made sure that my caps are on but still ! Anyways I have mailed them. I will wait for a day then 'm gonna dial 111. If still no progress then I will sit aside and see others enjoying Qtel's service & be jealous. *hmph* =(
Try calling 111 and explain them about your problem and they will try to reset your password. I enrolled the first day and so far I had no problems and have been able to redem the points to charge my mobile without any problem.

You may please dial 111 for any queiry and you will be guided to do needfull.
hi try to call 111 and they will provide u the password
make sure that the caps lock is on,and then type the username and password..hopefully your problem will b solved..or else contact q tel and enquire

Yes Same thing happened to me also..
Then I contacted Q-tel via email notifying this problem
and now it works for me right..

Mustangboy is correct. The password and username are case sensitive so you should input them according to the text message you receive from Qtel.
they usually give caps for the username & pwd...
check if ur caps lock is on....:)
