Change of Sponsorship and Working Visa with Minor Case

One of my best friend got a court case, could he be allowed to work in another company? Would there be a problem in acquiring working visa for him?

Actually he has no case here in Doha, it is a bounce check case in Bahrain, and he was not allowed to go out of the country. NOC from company he coud get.

It depends of what exactIy the minor case has been accused by, and what it was the final judgement, beside what is his nationalty where in Qatar some nationalties are banned to avail a farther work permit tho...
If the case has no relation to the honesty & trust..he can if he could get no objection letter from his current sponsor...
Obviously, he has to get the clearance or no objection letter from the judicial department for changing his sponsorship.
