Can anyone suggest if months of December to January a perfect timing for job hunting?

I wish to bring my sister here in DOha to look for an accounting/administration entry level job. If possible to a good company and with reasonable salary. Is it a good timing to hunt for job on December or January? Are there good opportunities to choose from?
December is not a good choice for Job hunting. Becoz that is the account closing period for most of the companies. Then there will be a new budget for next year, including the new openings. So i suggest the best time is February and March.
The perfect time for job hunting is exactly the same time an employer is looking for the skills you have to offer at the same time you are available to work for that company. Easy.
Why are you forgetting that many Westerner Heads of Good Companies prefer to go for vacation around Christmas and New Year. U better make it in second week of Jan 2010
