What is the salary of Sales Administrator (Trading company)?

Hi guys, mga kababayan!, I am about to sign a contract as a Sales Administrator for a trading company, they offer me 3000 qtr, free accomodation and transportation, return ticket annually. Please tell me if this is a good opportunity for me. Can I save money way back home? I am about to sign also a contract here in the philippines as a sales coordinator at PHP 15k, with 1% commission. Dear kabayan, plz help me so that I can decide for me which of which and for my wife and a son.

i suggest the first. I dont think saving will make a big difference with 3000 QR here. Or you forgo this offer and try for something bigger here itself.
