I have 3 kids and a wife and will be earning QAR30000 and get a company house. Is this sufficient to live a reasonable Western Life Style and still save QAR15000?

Schooling for three kids will be expensive, of course - is this covered, or does it come out of the 30000k?
Housing is the biggest chunk of expenditure here. once thats being take care by the company. the rest amount is ample to have a comfortable life. saving concern, it depends on you.
