Salary Check

Hi, I'm 25 and I've been working as functional consultant for ERP systems for 2 years now. I've been offered a job with a pay of 10,000 QAR a month with accommodation paid for. I'm thinking if I should take the job because if I do, I will have to marry my fiance and bring her with me as I understand the law in Qatar doesn't allow unmarried couples to live under the same roof.

My questions is, is 10k with accommodation provided by the employer enough for 2 person? My fiance is not really good with cooking so I guess we'll be eating out most of the time. I'm also planning to ask my employer to pay for the electricity, water and internet bill. If they adhere to this, will my salary of 10k be enough?

Y do u want to get married at this age, wait for another couple of years and enjoy your life with the 10k sal. Keep in touch with your fiancee and ask her to start learning to cook, home-made food is something you need to get the ERPs working, upon her arrival. For the time-being you can live with this sal and eat out too.

Gud Luck!!

Electricity & Water + Internet will be around QR.600/- , eating out per person/meal QR.25(min) x 2 persons x 3 meals/day x 30 = QR.4,500/-. How about transportation? Entertainments? Laundry? Liquor (if rqd)? Shopping ? You have to decide upon from the remaining (QR.5,500) will be enough for spending and saving ?
