Why arnt the schools in Qatar shifting to morning timings?
Are they waiting for the summer to arrive or some incidence to happen with the childrens?

I totally agree any schools first priority is the safety of each child apart from that, at this peak summer a child is leaving home by 6.15 am and returns by 3.00pm what is left in the child in this weather. If the classes gets over by 1 or 2 hours earlier in what way will it effect a child daily education.

Secondly many childrens are into extra curricular activitys after the school hours , I mean they will definitely be in a comfort zone along with their daily studys which they have to do after returning from school.

err, what has timing got to do with it? during the summer, the heat gets unbearable sometimes even so early in the morning, there is nothing anyone can do about it. I'd be more concerned with the responsibility of the school's management and staff in ensuring the safety of their students in all aspects rather than the timing..

An incident just happened by the begining of the week

And my concern is not the timming but the responsiblity and duties of the drivers/teachers upon receiving the kids at the bus stop and upon dropping them at school.

There should be a policy or procedure to check the trasportation facility before locking it up (until classes are finished) in order to ensure that no kids is beig left behind because he/she fell asleep and did not realize the bus was at the final destination.

Regards!!
